About the position

As a strategically responsible technician, you will work together with the maintenance organization, operations staff and managers to achieve our common goals around safety, quality and productivity. You have a leading role where you have an overall interest in ensuring that the facilities work as intended. Both in the long and short term.

Your main responsibilities

• Active development of maintenance at our facilities.
• Participate and responsible in setting goals and plans for the strategic work ahead.
• Work based on agreed budgets together with our operations and maintenance staff for efficiency and resource optimization.
• Work closely with your team where you drive the daily work and are part of the local management team.

About you

• We are looking for you with experience in maintenance and budget work, with technical interest and knowledge of the maintenance system IFS8.
• We would like you to have previous leadership or equivalent experience as this is a natural part of your mission in the improvement work.
