In this position, you will play a key role in analyzing, planning and implementing strategic changes in our production operations to ensure that we are equipped for our future steel production.

You will be a key player in the work with our future organization, routines and working methods, competence development, plans for parallel operation and the start-up in our new factory. Your main responsibilities

• Drive the work in the right direction to develop an effective future organization by creating clear goals, promoting collaboration, developing leadership and ensuring that the right resources and competencies are available and used in the right place.
• The work with our future parallel operation is about ensuring a seamless and controlled transition between current and future production by running them side by side to minimize risks and maximize stability.
• Develop and implement strategic projects for our production transition.
• Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate results and recommendations.
• Collaborate with other actors within SSAB to ensure the most effective and well-planned competence development of our employees.
• Lead and motivate project teams to ensure successful implementation of changes.
• Monitor and evaluate the effect of implemented changes and make adjustments if needed.

About you

• Bachelor's degree or higher in industrial economics, mechanical engineering or similar field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the process industry.
• Competence around organization and ways of working at SSAB today is seen as meritorious.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills both in Swedish and English.
• Experience in leading and motivating teams.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
