How you will make an impact

• Supervision of installations on all HVDC units manufactured in Ludvika worldwide
• In this role, your duties will consist of new installation and service of HVDC Transformers and reactors worldwide.
• Service work of HVDC transformers and bushing replacement
• You will be the face and the final representative of Hitachi Energy in the delivery process.
• You share Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while being accountable to your colleagues and the business.

Your background

• We are looking for you who have an education or work experience in assembly and transformers/reactors
• Experience and willingness to travel and work independently and in a team
• To be successful in the role, you have previous management experience
• Flexibility in terms of working hours
• You are fluent in English and Swedish in both speech and writing

As a person, you are innovative, a desire to improve and the ability to motivate others. It is important that you can handle change with energy, joy and commitment. You are also quality and results-oriented, with good communication skills and a flexible overall approach.
