The Opportunity

Are you driven by the challenge of transforming business operations? We’re looking for a Value Chain Manager to lead strategic quality improvement initiatives across non-manufacturing processes. In this role, you’ll apply methodologies like Six Sigma, Lean, and Kaizen to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction. You’ll manage complex projects independently, mentor junior colleagues, and play a key role in shaping a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Your experience in implementing improvement projects, working with SAP systems, driving organizational change, and coaching teams will be essential to succeed in this dynamic and results-driven environment.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Apply methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, and Kaizen to identify, analyze, and improve non-manufacturing business processes.
  • Develop and maintain documentation including business requirements, functional specifications, process maps, and gap/problem analyses.
  • Lead initiatives to improve quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction across various departments.
  • Plan and implement quality assurance and compliance processes to ensure operational excellence.
  • Support change management activities and contribute to the development of training materials for new processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement and foster a culture of innovation.

Your Background

  • Advanced knowledge of business process improvement methodologies.
  • Proven experience in implementing improvement projects and driving organizational enhancements.
  • Familiarity with SAP systems and their role in process optimization.
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills.
  • Experience in managing complex projects and working independently.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor teams and junior professionals.
  • Understanding of quality assurance and compliance planning.
