Just a 10-minute commute from the city center, you're close to both cutting-edge technology and the everyday life of a strong community.

Your application

Studies show that women and underrepresented groups are often reluctant to apply for jobs if they don't meet all the requirements. At Stegra, we're building a values-driven and sustainable company - and we need a diverse and inclusive team to succeed.

If you share our passion but don't meet every single qualification, we still encourage you to apply. You could be the perfect candidate for this role - or for another, as we grow.

About Stegra

Stegra is on a mission to transform the global steel industry by producing green hydrogen, iron and steel - with the goal of eliminating carbon emissions. Instead of coal, we use green hydrogen and fossil-free electricity, which means that our primary emissions will be water and heat.

Our ambition is to produce 5 million tons of green steel annually by 2030 in our fully integrated, digitalized and sustainable plant in Boden in northern Sweden - which is currently under construction. But this is just the beginning. Our expertise in green hydrogen will enable emission reductions in other industries as well, paving the way for a cleaner future.
