We will put new topics and issues on the agenda and highlight local businesses. We are therefore looking for an editor-in-chief who is able to create positive engagement around the Hamar region's most important newspaper. The job requires solid editorial management experience and a good understanding of digital development work.As editor-in-chief at Hamar Arbeiderblad, you always put the reader first and use insight and analysis to ensure that the newspaper changes in line with readers and society. The editor-in-chief must have a good understanding of the press's ethical framework, and be able to manage the publishing platform by being a guarantor that the newspaper maintains its objectivity and relevance. The right candidate combines editorial and commercial flair with solid implementation power.To succeed in the position, it is crucial that you are an inspiring and unifying leader who is able to develop well-functioning teams.
