It is provided in accordance with Article 52 of the EU Artificial Intelligence Act, as our system qualifies as a high-risk AI system under Annex III, Section 4(a).

Because our platform supports decisions that impact employment and access to jobs, it is classified as a high-risk AI system. Although AI suggestions are non-binding, they can influence hiring processes and therefore fall under strict compliance rules.
All AI-generated recommendations are subject to human review. Employers retain full discretion over who to interview or hire, and you are free to apply to any job regardless of AI recommendations.
